Oregon Dream Makeover, a new local charity formed to grant home decor wishes to specially selected recipients, recently completed a whole-house makeover for leukemia patient Marissa Huddleston and her family in Gladstone.

Marissa, 17, had originally asked the Make-A-Wish Foundation to be on the television show "Extreme Makeover."

When that proved impossible, Ragan Corliss, design director at Interiors by Decorating Den, co-founded the nonprofit Oregon Dream Makeover with Jocelyn Webber, of Styles by Jocelyn, to grant charity home makeovers on a local basis, starting with Marissa Huddleston.
