Marissa Huddleston and her family live in Gladstone, Oregon. They have an extensive list of experience of giving to their community and beyond, and now we want to give back to the Huddleston family! We are already pooling our resources as a community to make Marissa’s makeover dream come true. So far we have many volunteers ready to donate their time and labor. We are currently working on securing sponsors, suppliers and monetary donations for the makeover.
Marissa’s parents, Bob and Tracy Huddleston, have clearly put their kids and community service as their highest priority, and their four kids are living proof of Bob and Tracy’s love and devotion to their family. Bob Huddleston is a warehouseman for Safeway. He has coached baseball and basketball in Gladstone, OR. Additionally, he led a boy’s Bible Study for 3 years when their two boys were 9-12. He cheers on the boys sports teams whenever he gets a chance. He has also gone on a mission trip to the Honduras and helped with Kids Club at church.
Tracy Huddleston works at Clackamas Community College (CCC) in the Enrollment Services Division. She has volunteered as a track coach for Kraxberger Middle School for 8 years, and has been involved in Vacation Bible School and Kids Club at church. Additionally, she has volunteered in the CCC GED classroom as a tutor. Furthermore, she started a free lunch program for kids at Gladstone High School, and she went on two missions trips to Honduras!
Marissa has two brothers-- Kellen Huddleston is a college student at OSU, and Cody Huddleston works at Sealant Specialist in Portland.

Molly Huddleston, 15 years old, is all smiles after giving her bone marrow to her sister Marissa!!
In the least, we plan to makeover the bedrooms of both Marissa and Molly, but we're hoping to do more with the help of sponsors.
Molly Huddleston, Marissa’s sister, is a sophomore at Gladstone High School. She is on the varsity cheer team and loves it. She has gone to Mexico on a mission trip once and planned to go again this year, however, her plans changed when her sister was diagnosed with cancer. Molly was a perfect match and donated her bone marrow to Marissa on July 25th, 2008.

Marissa has been a ray of sunshine in the lives of all who know her, and shows gratefulness and appreciation for even the smallest things that people do for her.
Marissa was Miss Multnomah's Outstanding Teen 2007, and a four year dance team member and team captain her senior year. Additionally, Marissa was involved in the Young Leaders Program 2008, and was a class officer and actively involved in many clubs at school. Marissa also has been involved in many non-profit fundraisers including Doernbecher Week at her high school and Relay for Life. Furthermore, Marissa also helped the Portland Police Bureau's Sunshine Division at a gift wrapping fundraiser last Christmas, and she has gone on two mission trips to Mexico with her youth group. According to Marrisa, “The most important things in my life are my family, my relationship with Jesus Christ, and my friends. "
This is the main entry of the house, which faces an alley way.
